Lietuvos žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimas rinkos sąlygomis : disertacija

LTDarbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimas yra svarbi užimtumo problemos sudedamoji dalis, kurioje atsispindi ekonominės, socialinės, politinės ir demografinės Lietuvos vystymosi problemos. Tai leidžia išaiškinti žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo galimybes, pasiūlos ir paklausos įvertinimo metodologijos ir derinimo principų suformavimą įvardyti kaip šio darbo mokslinę problemą. Darbo tikslas - rasti ir pasiūlyti darbo išteklių žemės ūkyje pasiūlos ir paklausos įvertinimo būdus, suformuoti jų derinimo mechanizmą. Mokslinį naujumą parodo gauti teoriniai ir praktiniai rezultatai: patikslinta žemės ūkio darbo išteklių sąvoka; suformuluoti darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos įvertinimo ir prognozavimo loginiai principai ir parengta metodika; suformuluoti žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo modelio principai. Didelis dėmesys skiriamas žemės ūkio specialistų panaudojimo lygio įvertinimo metodikos parengimui ir darbo išteklių panaudojimo lygio ištyrimui. Darbe parengta žemės ūkio darbo išteklių, specialistų prognozės metodika ir apskaičiuota jų pasiūla bei paklausa; pasiūlytas žemės ūkio darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo modelis bei numatytos gerinimo kryptys. Darbe pateikti mokslinio darbo rezultatai gali būti panaudoti tobulinant statistinių duomenų informacinę bazę, reikalingą sprendžiant darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos prognozavimo problemas; formuojant naują požiūrį į darbo išteklius, jų reikšmę Lietuvos ekonomikos plėtrai; orientuojant tolesnius darbo išteklių pasiūlos ir paklausos derinimo mokslinius tyrimus. ENCoordination of the work force supply and demand is an important compound of the employment problem that reflects the economic, social, political, and demographic problems of Lithuania's development. This allows clarifying the possibilities of coordination of the agriculture labour resources supply and demand, and specifying as the scientific task examined by this work the methodology for evaluation of the supply and demand and the formulation of the coordination principles. The aim of the work is to find and propose the evaluation methods for the labour resources in agriculture supply and demand and to form the mechanisms for their coordination. The scientific innovation is demonstrated by the obtained theoretical and practical results: the concept of the agriculture labour force was specified; the logical principles for the forecasting and evaluation of the labour resources supply and demand were formulated and methods prepared; the principles of the model for the coordination of the agriculture labour force resources supply and demand. Considerable attention is dedicated to evaluation of the level of employment of agriculture specialists in the preparation of the methodology and for the research of the level of employment of the labour force resources. The work proposes agriculture labour resources (specialists forecast methodology) and calculates their supply and demand; proposes the agriculture labour resources supply and demand coordination model and directions for improvement. The results of the scientific work can be used to improve the statistical data information base, which is needed to solve the problems of the labour resources supply and demand forecast, and for further scientific work.
