LT2019 m. rugpjūčio–lapkričio mėnesiais LNM archeologinė ekspedicija žvalgė 14 kultūros paveldo vertybių požymių turinčių vietų Akmenės, Anykščių, Radviliškio, Šiaulių ir Ukmergės rajonuose. Ekspedicijos metu aptikti 3 nauji laidojimo paminklai, patikslinta vieno kapinyno teritorija, užfiksuota 10 priešistorinių ir istorinių laikų radimviečių. Aptikti radiniai saugomi LNM. Žvalgytų vietų koordinatės nurodomos LKS94 sistemoje. Gendviliškėse (Akmenės r., Papilės sen.) nustatyta apytikslė XII–XIII a. būdingo žiedo pastorinta priekine dalimi radimvietė. Nurodyta vieta yra 1,9 km į Š–ŠR nuo Būriškių kapinyno (UK 16334), 1,56 km į R nuo Papilės piliakalnio II, vadinamo Pašalpos kalnu (UK 1822), 800 m į P–PV nuo kanalizuoto Suldupio upelio, 160 m į Š nuo krašto kelio Kuršėnai– Mažeikiai, 140 m ta pačia kryptimi nuo geležinkelio Radviliškis–Šiauliai–Mažeikiai (6224279; 426753). ENIn 2019, the LNM surveyed 14 archaeological sites that had signs of cultural heritage features in Akmenė, Anykščiai, Radviliškis, Šiauliai, and Ukmergė Districts, revealing 3 new burial sites, revising the territory of one cemetery, and identifying 10 prehistoric and historic find spots. Four Iron Age find spots were identified in Akmenė District. A ring with a tapered band was found in Gendviliškės, a cruciform pin in Kriokliai, a scabbard tip fitting and a socketed broad leaf-shaped spearhead in Šemetaičiai. Two new Medieval and Early Modern Period burial sites were discovered in Anykščiai District. Grave goods from 13th – mid-17th-century burials were discovered in Jurgėnai cemetery and from 15th–17th-century burials in Raščiagalys old cemetery. In addition, 4 Medieval and Early Modern Period find spots were identified Raščiagalys. Many of the finds are characteristic of the 13th–17th centuries and are connected with a village that existed at this location. A new Migration period cemetery was discovered in Biliūnai (Radviliškis District), the find spots of a second half of the 8th-century Abbasid dynasty dirham and a Roman era massive closed ring were identified in Žiliai (Šiauliai District), of a 13th–14th-century annular sheet metal brooch in Baraučizna (Ukmergė District). The boundaries and chronology of Raganiai cemetery (Šiauliai District) were revised during the expedition. The field surveys yielded 79 inhumation grave goods: ornaments, weapons, tools, etc. The individuals had been buried in the cemetery from the late 1st–2nd century to the 12th–13th century and the burial site’s territory continues at least 85 m to the N of the cemetery’s protected territory.
