LT[...] Pagrindinis disertacijos tikslas – atskleisti įsisteigimo laisvės teisinį turinį bei nustatyti šios laisvės tinkamo įgyvendinimo Europos Bendrijoje (EB), taip pat Lietuvoje, kiek tai leidžia disertacijos apimtis, pagrindinius aspektus. EN[...] The primary aim of this dissertation is to clarify the content of the freedom of establishment and establish the fundamental aspects of implementing these freedoms appropriately in the European Community (EC) and in Lithuania, within the confines of this dissertation. [...] The first chapter of this dissertation reveals the legal content of the freedom: of establishment: […] outlining the understanding of the freedom of establishment, how these freedoms are delimit the free movement of workers, the free provision of services and the movement of capital, and examines the effective conditions of articles 52 (no. 42) and 58 (no. 48) of the EC Treaty: the detailed sphere of application, the application period, application in space, and application with respect to a person, […] aims to answer the question of establishing the contents of legal freedoms. [...] In the second chapter the primary bases of establishment and the fundamental problems related to them are examined: the place theory problem according to EC law, the compatibility of place theory with EC freedom of establishment. [...] The third chapter examines issues related to the secondary establishment […] [...] The fourth chapter examines laws stemming from the freedom of establishment: the right to reside and the formalities of arriving leaving and taking up residence. [...] The fifth chapter examines the freedom to establishment with respect to Lithuanian legal issues.
