Kognityvinis stilius ir depresija: kognityvinių depresijos pažeidžiamumo veiksnių analizė : disertacija

LTDisertacijoje analizuojama kognityvinė depresijų psichopatologijos teorija ir gilinamasi į kognityvinių procesų bei kognityvinio depresinio pažeidžiamumo ypatumus. Analizei pasirinkta priklausomybės-nepriklausomybės nuo lauko kognityvinio stiliaus koncepcija, modifikuota pagal informacijos perdirbimo teorinį modelį, kai stebimi kognityvinio perstruktūravimo gebėjimai. Atliktu tyrimu siekiama palyginti priklausomų ir nepriklausomų nuo kognityvinio lauko depresija sergančiųjų kognityvinius ypatumus. Tyrime panaudoti 98 dalyvių protokolai. Tyrime dalyvavo 46 eksperimentinės grupės tiriamieji su klinikinės depresijos požymiu ir 52 sveiki kontrolinės grupės tiriamieji, neturintys depresijos požymio. Naudotos tyrimo metodikos buvo išverstos ir pritaikytos Lietuvos aplinkai. Priklausomybės-nepriklausomybės nuo lauko kognityvinis stilius nėra susijęs su klinikiniu ilgalaikiu depresiniu sutrikimu ir yra susijęs su depresijos būsena. Priklausomi nuo lauko asmenys yra depresiškesnės būsenos nei nepriklausomi nuo lauko. Depresija sergančiuosius nuo sąlygiškai sveikų skyrė tendencija neigiamus įvykius aiškinti vidinėmis, pastoviomis ir globaliomis priežastimis. Šis dėsningumas būdingas tik nepriklausomiems nuo lauko asmenims. Atnaujinta priklausomybės nuo kognityvinio lauko samprata suteikia galimybių diferencijuoti depresija sergančiuosius pagal jų informacijos perdirbimo charakteringus skirtumus ir tikslinti depresijos kognityvinio pažeidžiamumo ypatumus. ENThe thesis dwells on the cognitive theory of psychopathology of depression and looks into the peculiarities of cognitive processes and cognitive depressive vulnerability. The analysis focuses on the concept of the cognitive style of dependence on/independence from the field, modified on the basis of the theoretical model of information adaptation when the abilities of cognitive restructuring are observed. The research carried out aims at comparing cognitive peculiarities of the persons suffering from the depression of the dependent on and independent from the cognitive field. The research in based on 98 protocols of the participants. 46 participants of the pilot group with clinical symptom of depression and 52 sane participants of the check group without the symptom of depression were involved in the research. The research methods used were transplanted and adapted to the Lithuanian environment. The cognitive style of dependence on/independence from field is not related with clinical lasting depressive disorder and is incident to the state of depression. Persons dependent on the field are in the more depressive state than those independent from the field. The tendency to interpret negative events by interior, permanent and global causes differentiated the ones who suffer from depression from the conditionally sane persons. This consistent pattern is characteristic only of the individuals independent from the field. The revived conception of dependence on the cognitive field allows differentiation of the affected by depression by their characteristic differences in information adaptation and making the peculiarities of the cognitive vulnerability of depression more precise.
