Ekonominių interesų grupių veiklos efektyvumas : disertacija

LTTiriant ir analizuojant teorinius ekonominių interesų grupių veiklos efektyvumo aspektus, disertacijoje remiamasi bendraisiais tyrimo metodais: sistemine mokslinės ekonominės literatūros lyginamąja ir struktūrine analize, kokybine ir kiekybine analize, grafiniu modeliavimu, logine analize. Ekonominių interesų grupių veiklos efektyvumo modelis patikrintas apibendrinus pirminius ekspertinio vertinimo rezultatus ir atlikus tiesioginį interviu su ekonominių interesų grupių vadovais. Sukurtam modeliui patikrinti buvo remiamasi duomenimis, gautais iš Lietuvos statistikos departamento. Darbe sukurtas ekonominių interesų grupių veiklos efektyvumo modelis. Jo metodologiniu pagrindu paimta teorija, grindžiama gaunamos naudos iš kolektyvinės veiklos ir patiriamų sąnaudų dėl dalyvavimo kolektyvinėje veikloje santykiu. Sukurtame teoriniame modelyje išskirti svarbūs ekonominės interesų grupės veiklos efektyvumą didinantys ir mažinantys veiksniai: svarbiausias efektyvumą didinantis veiksnys yra naudos iš kolektyvinės veiklos ir sąnaudų dėl dalyvavimo kolektyvinėje veikloje teigiamas santykio dydis. Pagrindinis efektyvumą mažinantis veiksnys yra ekonominių subjektų interesų ir išteklių skirtingumas. Ekonominių interesų grupių veiklos efektyvumo modelyje pateikta subjektų klasifikacija pagal ekonominį pajėgumą leidžia tiksliau įvertinti ekonominės interesų grupės veiklos efektyvumą dalyvaujančio ekonominio subjekto požiūriu ir atskleisti efektyvumo didinimo galimybes. ENInvestigation and analysis of theoretical aspects of efficiency of activity of economic interest groups relies on the general methods of research: systematic comparative and structural analysis of scientific economic literature, qualitative and quantitative analysis, graphical modelling and logical analysis. The efficiency model of activity of economic interest groups is verified through generalisation of the primary results of expert assessment and by direct interview with the management of economic interest groups. Data obtained from the Department of Statistics of Lithuania were employed for verification of the developed model. The thesis contained the developed model of efficiency of the activity of economic political groups. it is methodologically based on the theory built on the ratio of the benefit received from the collective activity and the costs incurred due to involvement in the collective activity. The developed theoretical model distinguishes important factors increasing and diminishing efficiency of the activity of an economic interest group: the positive value of the ratio of the benefit from the collective activity and the costs due to the collective activity is the key factor increasing efficiency, while difference of interests and resources of economic entities is the main factor diminishing efficiency. Classification of entities in terms of economic capacity contained in the model of efficiency of activity of economic interest groups allows better precision of assessment of efficiency of the activity of an economic interest group in respect of the participant economic entity and revelation of the possibilities of increase of efficiency.
