Klaipėdos gatvė 7, Vilnius

LT2020 m. lapkričio mėnesį TO atliko žvalgomuosius tyrimus Vilniaus senamiestyje, Klaipėdos g. 7, Oskierkų rūmų pastatų komplekso (UK 42854) antrame oficinos pastate (UK 42856). Numatyta įgyvendinti 1824–1826 m. statyto pastato remonto projektą, tvarkyti suskilusias mūrines sienas. Todėl projekto įgyvendinimo vietose prie pastato pamatų, rūsio sienų buvo atlikti žvalgomieji tyrimai, kuriais siekta nustatyti šių konstrukcijų parametrus. Kiti archeologinių tyrimų tikslai: nustatyti prie pastato pamatų, rūsio sienų esančio kultūrinio sluoksnio sandarą, storį, datavimą. Oskierkų rūmų pastatų komplekso teritorijoje atlikta gana daug tyrimų, didelės apimties tyrimai vyko ir į šio komplekso teritoriją nepatenkančiuose sklypuose Klaipėdos g. 7A ir 7B. [...] [p. 555].

ENIn 2020, a field evaluation (2 test pits totalling 5.5 m2) was conducted in and beside a building of one of the servants’ quarters on the grounds of the Oskieko palace building complex at Klaipėdos St. 7 in Vilnius Old Town. At the investigated locations, the cultural layer was 12–185 cm thick, greater at the sites of sunken objects. Test pit 1, which was excavated outside the servants’ quarters, near the building’s E wall, revealed an archaeological layer as well as valuable archaeological finds and structures including a fragment of second half of the 17th–18th-century stone paving, which was apparently contemporaneous with the foundation of the E part of the servants’ quarters, a fragment of a clay-bonded stone foundation, and possibly the surface of the building’s floor. The earliest finds, sherds of household pottery, which were discovered in the sunken objects in the sterile soil, can be dated to the late 14th–15th centuries. Test pit 2 in the cellar yielded nothing valuable archaeologically, the cultural layer dating to the 19th–20th centuries; sterile soil here was reached at a depth of 12–54 cm.
