Kakliniškių senkapis

LT2020 m. rugpjūtį LII atliko detaliuosius tyrimus Kakliniškių kapinyno (Elektrėnų sav., Elektrėnų sen.) dalyje, kurią kirto tiesiamas LLDJ dujotiekis ir kur mechanizuotai šalinant suartą sluoksnį ir atliekant žvalgymus buvo pastebėti griautiniai kapai. Ištirti kapai, patekę į žemės judinimo darbų zoną. Kakliniškių kapinynas yra nusausintos pelkės, greičiausiai buvusio ežero krante, Habs 99,00–99,40 m, nešienaujamoje pievoje. Žvalgant pastebėtų kapų vietoje matuota 14x8 m dydžio, 112,5 m2 ploto (su išpjova) perkasa 1. Ji orientuota pagal dujotiekio ašį ir mechanizuotai nukasto arimo kraštines. Perkasa apėmė plotą, kuriame arimas buvo nukastas ekskavatoriumi. Iš karto po 20–30 cm storio smėlingu arimu pasirodė žmonių kaulai. Kapų duobių kontūrų niekaip nesimatė, tad juos lokalizuoti buvo galima tik pagal kaulų sankaupas. [...] [p. 216].

ENHitherto unknown Kakliniškės Old Cemetery (Elektrėnai Municipality) was discovered in 2020 and a 112.5 m2 trench was excavated in the part of it which lies in the GIPL construction site. Seven inhumation burials, which had been considerably destroyed or disturbed by ploughing and earthwork, were discovered immediately beneath the plough layer at a depth of 25–35 cm. The individuals were adults, all interred supine with their heads to the W. The children’s bones found in the plough layer removed by the excavator show that child burials could have been shallower and have been destroyed at the investigation site. The grave goods were very sparse: a fulltang knife, a leather purse, bronze rings, and a coin. Based on the grave goods, the cemetery dates to the 16th century. Based on the small number of burials and their narrow incidence, it seems that the burial site was small and had been used only briefly.
