Sąvokų – asmenybės raida, sklaida ir raiška – turinys

LTVykstant švietimo pertvarkai, pedagogikos teorijoje ir praktikoje dažniau pradėti vartoti asmenybės raidos terminas bei asmenybės sklaidos, raiškos sąvokos. Šiame straipsnyje aptariamos asmenybės raidos, sklaidos ir raiškos turinys, bandoma nustatyti jų reikšmes. Nustatyta, kad sklaida ir raiška žymi asmenybės raidą. Iš jų galima spręsti apie asmenybės augimą. Ugdymo filosofijos kryptys asmenybės raidos procese svarbesniais laiko skirtingus veiksnius ir pirmenybę teikia skirtingoms veikloms. Sklaidos ir raiškos bei artimoms jos savisklaidos ir saviraiškos sąvokoms būdingas labai apibendrintas turinys – nurodomas tik ontologinis kryptingumas.

ENThe article analyzes the content of popular concepts in education such as “development of personality“, “dispersion of personality“. It also examines the role of these concepts in different philosophical foundations of education. The author comes to the conclusion that the concept “the dispersion of personality” is close to the idealistic point of view in education. When the „expression of personality“ means the inborn skills of personality it is closer to the idealistic trend in education, and when it means the individualization of the heritage of the natural sciences – to the realistic/materialistic trend. The humanistic education integrates the concepts “development of personality” and “expression of personality” in its known term “self-expression”.
