Žvalgomieji tyrimai Klaipėdoje

LT2021 m. atlikti žvalgomieji tyrimai ir žvalgymai planuojamų pusiau požeminių bei požeminių atliekų konteinerių aikštelių įrengimo vietose: S. Daukanto g. 43, Galinio Pylimo g. 5, Grįžgatvio g. 3, Jaunystės g. 10, Jurginų g. 9, Kalvos g. 4, Karklų g. 17, Kooperacijos g. 9A, Liepų g. 11, Pušyno g. 33A, Rumpiškės g. 5, 7, 22, 22A ir 26A, Sausio 15-osios g. 4, 6, 24, Sportininkų g. 5, 9, 19, Šaulių g. 4, Švyturio g. 12, Švyturio ir Malūninkų gatvių sankryžoje, Taikos prospekto 3, 29, Tilžės g. 29, Vytauto g. 25. Suprojektuotų konteinerių aikštelių vietose ištirtas 21 2x1 m dydžio ir 5 1x1 m dydžio šurfai (bendras 47 m2 plotas) (1 pav.). Žvalgyta 4 būsimų konteinerių aikštelėse: S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno g. 19, Laivų skersgatvyje 4, Puodžių g. 24, ir Šaulių g. 14 (bendras apie 112 m2 plotas). [...] [p. 354].

ENIn 2021, field evaluations (5 1x1 m and 21 2x1 m test pits totalling 47 m2) were conducted at the planned installation sites of underground and semi-underground waste and recycling containers at various locations in Klaipėda and field surveys (totalling 112 m2) at another four sites: S. Dariaus ir S. Girėno St. 19, Laivų Sq. 4, Puodžių St. 24, and Šaulių St. 14. Archaeologically valuable 17th–18th-century cultural layers were discovered at 7 of the 26 locations: Grįžgatvio St. 3, Liepų St. 11, Sportininkų St. 9, Šaulių St. 4, Švyturio St. 12, the intersection of Švyturio and Malūnininkų Streets, and Taikos Ave. 3, all in Klaipėda Old Town and the historical part of the city. Only 19th–20th-century cultural layers and structures were recorded at the remaining 19 locations. 217 17th–20th-century finds, mostly sherds of household pottery and structural ceramics, kaolin pipe fragments, and glassware shards, were catalogued.
