Sklypų Aukštojoje gatvėje, Daržų gatvėje 18, Sukilėlių gatvėje 15 ir Tomo gatvėje 2A, 2B, 6 aplinka

LT2021 m. balandžio–lapkričio mėnesiais vyko detalieji tyrimai Klaipėdoje, Aukštojoje gatvėje, pastato Daržų g. 18 kieme, teritorijoje į ŠV nuo Sukilėlių ir Daržų gatvės sankirtos bei aplink sklypus Tomo g. 2A, 2B ir 6. Tyrimai vykdyti naujai suplanuotų inžinerinių tinklų vietose, įgyvendinant anksčiau tiestų inžinerinių tinklų iškėlimo iš sklypų Tomo g. 2A, 2B ir 6 statybos zonos projektą. Numatytų inžinerinių (lietaus ir buitinių nuotekų, šiluminės trasos, drenažo ir dujotiekio) tinklų vietose buvo atliekami detalieji tyrimai, kurių metu tirtos 28 perkasos iki projektinio 2,5–2,7 m gylio bei 3 perkasos iki įžemio. Iš viso tirta 31 perkasa (nuo 1 iki 2 m pločio ir nuo 3 m iki 28,5 m ilgio), bendras 325,68 m2 plotas. [...] [p. 333].

ENIn 2021, an excavation was conducted in Klaipeda Old Town at the site of planned utility lines caused by the need to remove the existing lines at Tomo St. 2A, 2B, and 6 due to construction work. 28 trenches were excavated to a planned depth of 2.5–2.7 m and 3 m and 31 utility trenches (1–2 m wide and 3–28.5 m long, a total of 325.68 m2) were surveyed. Most of the excavated trenches yielded a 17th–19th­century cultural layer; at a depth of 1–1.1 m in Trench 16, part of a late 19th – early 20th­century red brick foundation (2.85 m long and up to 0.42 m high); and Trenches 16 and 22, a 1863 Napoleon III bronze 5 centimes coin, a gilded button with the inscription: TREBLE GILT, an ornate gilded (?) (possibly gold) belt buckle (?), and a gilded (?) brass (possibly gold) buckle. At a depth of 1.4–1.5 m, Trench 25 yielded 2 vertical and 2 horizontal wooden beams (roughly 85x25 cm and 65x15 cm) probably connected with a previous wooden bridge or quay; at a depth of 1.35 m, in the SW section of Trench 28, a 17th­century stove tile decorated with a vase and floral composition; and Trench 40, part of a late 19th – early 20th­century building foundation.
