Integracijos į Europos Sąjungą pasekmių Lietuvos ūkiui makroekonometrinis modeliavimas : disertacija

LTŠioje disertacijoje gvildenama problema, kaip įvertinti integracijos poveikį taikant makroekonometrinį modeliavimą, kuris yra vienas pagrindinių būdų nustatyti makroekonominį integracijos poveikį (J. Mortensen ir S. Richter, 2000), ir kaip, turint mažai duomenų, sudaryti prasmingą, Lietuvos ūkio specifiką atitinkantį bei empiriškai adekvatų Lietuvos ūkio makroekonometrinį modelį. Integracija į ES yra kompleksinis procesas, kurio visapusiška daugiaaspektė analizė, net ir susitelkiant ties ekonomine pasekmių vertinimo plotme, yra vargiai įmanoma viename darbe, todėl disertacijos tyrimo laukas ribojamas centriniu objektu pasirenkant Lietuvos integracijos į ES įtaką Lietuvos bendrajam vidaus produktui. Tokį pasirinkimą motyvuoja tai, jog bendrasis vidaus produktas yra vienas svarbiausių ūkio raidos rodiklių. Siekiant suvokti nagrinėjamą problemą pirmiausia yra pasitelkiami bendri sistemų analizės ir sintezės metodai. Lyginamosios ir struktūrinės analizės metodai naudojami tiriant integracijos pasekmių vertinimo patirtį, makroekonometrinio modeliavimo alternatyvas, identifikuojant ir analizuojant Lietuvos ūkio ypatybes. Gautų rezultatų pagrindu suformuojami toliau kuriamų modelių sudarymo principai ir, taikant sintezės metodą, iš analizės metu nustatytų struktūrų yra konstruojamas integracijos pasekmių vertinimo modelis. Jis kuriamas remiantis ekonomikos teorija ir ekonometrine metodologija. Plačiausiai taikomi dinaminių vienalaikių tiesinių lygčių sistemų ir nestacionarių integruotų bei kointegruotų vektorinių laiko eilučių statistinės analizės metodai.

ENThe present doctoral thesis examines the issue of evaluating the impact of integration by means of applying macro-economic modelling, which is one of the key methods for determining the macro-economic impact of integration (J. Mortensen and S. Richter, 2000), and the issue of how, in the absence of data, to develop a meaningful macro-economic model empirically adequate for Lithuania’s economy. Integration into the EU is a complex process; comprehensive multi-facetted analysis (even if limited in scope to economic consequences) is hardly possible in a single paper, thus the present thesis is limited in scope and the chosen subject of research is GDP. The argument for making this choice was that the gross domestic product is one of the key indicators of economic development. Seeking to understand the issue in question, general methods of system analysis and synthesis were applied. Methods of comparative and structural analysis were used to investigate the evaluation experience of integration consequences, alternatives of macro-economic modelling, as well as to identify and analyse features of the Lithuanian economy. On the basis of the findings the principles of further development of models were established and, by means of a synthesis method, an evaluation model of integration consequences was constructed on the basis of structures identified during the analysis. This model is developed on the basis of economic theory and econometric methodology. The methods most widely applied: dynamic linear equation systems and statistical analysis of co-integrated vectorial lines.
