LTTeisininkas Imantas Bernardas DAGYS gimė ir augo Kaune. Jo tėvai kaip įmanoma slėpė esantys artimi poeto Bernardo BRAZDŽIONIO (1907–2002), labiausiai žinomo Vytės Nemunėlio slapyvardžiu, giminės. Pateikiame žiupsnelį I. Dagio, B. Brazdžionio sūnėno ir krikštasūnio, prisiminimų, keletu naujų štrichų papildančių portretą iškilaus rašytojo, iki pat mirties išsaugojusio ištikimybę Dievui ir Tėvynei, jos žmonėms, net sunkiausiais gyvenimo momentais nepamynusio moralinių vertybių ir žmogiškumo.

ENThe lawyer Imantas Bernardas DAGYS was born and brought up in Kaunas. His parents did their best to hide the fact that they were related to the poet Bernardas BRAZDŽIONIS (1907–2002), who is better known under the pen name Vytė Nemunėlis. We present an extract from the recollections of Imantas Dagys, the nephew and godson of Brazdžionis, which, in several new strokes, help fill in the portrait of a prominent writer who remained faithful to God, his homeland, and its people until his death, and did not abandon his moral values or humanity, even in the most difficult moments of his life.
