LTVienlaikio poveikio techninio rengimo krypties sportinio rengimo metodo esmė – vienlaikis techninis ir fizinis rengimas, prioritetą teikiant techniniam rengimui, fizines ypatybes ugdant krepšinio pratimais, technikos veiksmus tobulinant aktyvios motorinės veikos metu. Vieni autoriai teigia, kad fizinis parengimas pasiekiamas labai sunkiai treniruojantis. Kiti pabrėžia fizinio, techninio ir taktinio parengtumo vienovę. Disertacijoje stengiamasi išsiaiškinti vienlaikio poveikio metodo veiksmingumą, rengiant 8 – 14 m jaunuosius krepšininkus.
ENThe essence of the method of simultaneous effect of technical training is simultaneous technical and physical exercises, with priority focus on technical preparation when physical qualities are highlighted by basketball tasks and technical actions are improved by way of active motion activities. Some authors argue that physical readiness may be achieved through excessively hard exercises, while others stress the unity of physical, technical and tactical preparation. The dissertation aims to explain the efficiency of simultaneous effect method in the preparation of junior basketball players of the age group of 8–14 years.
