ENAdoption is one of the institutes of family law, and the legal framework for adoption is essential in the context of international private law. The annual trends of adoption, within the country and to foreign countries, are constant – mainly adoption to foreign countries dominates, which is a considerable fact. Accordingly, the aspects that involve the association of legal provisions on international adoption with children rights and interests are important because in the context of international adoption, it should be taken into account that the financial legal provisions of family law vary across countries; therefore, their unification is a quite complicated process. The author analyses the legal aspects of international adoption in the scope of international law and the legal provisions on adoption in international bilateral agreements.
