LTStraipsnyje, remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, pateikiama priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaikų sveikos gyvensenos ugdymo ypatumų analizė. Nagrinėjamas priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaikų priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaikų sveikos gyvensenos ugdymas šeimoje ir ugdymo įstaigoje, pateikiami sėkmingo ir nesėkmingo sveikos gyvensenos ugdymo pavyzdžiai, sveikos gyvensenos elgsenos ugdymo modeliai. Atskleidžiama, kad priešmokyklinis vaikų amžiaus, tai toks amžius, kai ugdosi vaikų gebėjimas bendrauti su šeimos nariais, kiemo draugais, vaikais ugdymo įstaigoje, pedagogais, išreikšti save, ugdyti sveikos gyvensenos įgūdžius, tai pasirengimas sėkmingam mokymuisi mokykloje. Straipsnyje, remiantis atlikto tyrimo rezultatais, teigiama, kad priešmokyklinio amžiaus vaiko raidai ypatingą reikšmę turi judesių raida, rūpinimasis sveikata, asmens higienos laikymasis, bendravimas ir bendradarbiavimas, domėjimasis savo kūnu. Prasminiai žodžiai: sveika gyvensena, šeimos ir ugdymo įstaigos bendradarbiavimas, priešmokyklinis amžius.
ENIdentification of a problem. Pre-primary children' health education is important because children need to have a healthy, safe and happy environment. Children's life mostly depends on changes which occur in adults life and only later at educational institution. Health indicators among children are getting worse every year: widespread tooth decay, poor posture, vision disorders and even mental illness. Therefore, this study raises a problem: peculiarities of the development of pre-primary aged children's healthy lifestyle. In order to reveal the problem, there are two problematic issues: what are the most appropriate ways to protect and enhance the physical and mental health of children? Which factors have the biggest influence on healthy lifestyle in educational process? The object of the paper: health education of pre-primary aged children. The aim of the paper: to prove that healthy lifestyle education is very important for pre-primary aged children. Objectives of the paper: to describe the importance of healthy lifestyle development principles for pre-primary aged children.Research methods: analysis of scientific literature; study which was attended by 35 parents and 22 teachers. Conclusions: skills and habits are the most durable and remains for a longer time if they are acquired in pre-primary age. Child's way of life shape: exercise, mobile games, environmental factors, healthy nutrition, hygiene knowledge, educators and parents' role in developing a healthy lifestyle. Planned, initiated and implemented activities give a lot of information and practical knowledge to preschool aged children how to protect and promote their health. Suggestions: for the improvement of easier and quicker child's educational success, parents and educators need to exchange information about healthy lifestyle, to solve children's health problems, to be interested in educational programs and be able to develop them, also participate in educational process and achieving good results.
