Summary / Abstract:

ENThe article is a study of correspondence of the Great Hetman of Lithuania M. Pac and Ukrainian Hetman I. Samoylovych, when they exchanged important information connected to foreign policy, supporting trustful relation between M. Pac and Russian government during the acute confrontation between Russia and Ottoman Empire. Keywords: Great Duchy of Lithuania, Ukrainian hetmanship, Russia, Poland, Ottoman Empire.
